A private, self-contained cottage for weekly
rentals. Pet friendly! Ideal for couples or small families. Full
kitchen for your gourmet meals! Sleeps up to six.
 Completely equipped
with living, dining and kitchen areas, full bathroom and two
bedrooms, Seabreeze Cottage is situated on the 2 ha (5 acre) property of
Foskett House Bed & Breakfast,
in the Comox Valley. The Comox Valley has been
designated an IBA (Important Bird Area) and you can see many types
of shore birds (harlequin ducks, Brants, herring gulls). Eagles
often swoop by looking for food on the beach and in the forest.
Its' just a short walk down the lane to the Point
Holmes beach,
where seals, sea lions, gray whales and killer
whales have been sighted. Bring your binoculars! Swimming, boating,
kayaking, and beachcombing are a few of the activities you can do at the Sea Breeze Cottage. |

 The master bedroom
has a queen bed with feather duvet. The convenient bathroom has a
combination shower and full bath (see photo below).

 The second bedroom has a very comfortable double bed.
Both bedrooms are complimented with linens, towels, and amenities. |

 The full-size, fully equipped kitchen has:
- electric stove with large oven
- family-size refrigerator
- microwave
- coffee brewer
- electric kettle
- 2-slice toaster
- tea and coffee
- pots and pans
- can opener, corkscrew
- tea towels, dish cloths
- plates, utensils
The dining area has a table and four chairs. If need be, you can
bring in the patio chairs for extra seating. Bottled drinking water
is complimentary.
 The sitting room is a very spacious open concept with a large window
looking at the ocean and mountains.

 The brightly-lit bathroom has a
full-size bath tub with shower, toilet, sink with mirror
and cabinets, and lots of storage space.
 Either the electric heat or the wood-burning stove
will keep you warm and cozy (wood supplied).
All amenities are included. Just bring your clothing
and food and be prepared for a great time! Containers are supplied
for recycle and compost. On request, we can supply basic groceries
to be there when you arrive (bread, butter, milk, juice, cream,
sugar, or what you ask for). A washing machine and dryer
are equipped with laundry soap and fabric softener. An iron and
ironing board are in the cottage.
The Back yard has a wooden deck off the cottage complete with
BBQ and utensils, table chairs and sun umbrella to help make your
stay more comfortable. |

Directions to
Sea Breeze Cottage, 484 Lazo Road from Courtenay
- After crossing the 17th street bridge in Courtenay heading
northeast, turn right and follow
signs to Comox.
- In Comox, turn left at traffic light - Anderton Road.
- Turn right at second traffic light - Guthrie Road
- Follow Guthrie as far as it goes. Turn left on Lazo Road.
- Follow Lazo Road past "Cape Lazo Resort and Campground" (on the right) to
484 Lazo Road on the left.
- The beach is on right side, Sea Breeze Cottage is on the left.
Directions to Sea Breeze Cottage from the Powell River Ferry
- Exit the Little River ferry terminal parking lot and follow
the road to the first traffic light, at Ryan Road.
- Go straight through on Anderton Road, for 2 KM, turn left onto Knight Road.
- Stay on Knight Road, past the Airport terminal and golf course
(both on left) and the farms.
- Knight Road becomes Lazo Road when you reach the beach.
- Beach on left, Sea Breeze Cottage is on right.

Rates
The Rate for the Guest House is $120/night with
a minimum of three nights. Sleeps up to six. Use of the hide-a-bed is $25/night.
Rate for a seven-night booking is $750. Prices in
Canadian dollars. GST is extra. Rates subject to change.
